Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains our practices regarding cancellations and refunds for bookings made through our platform. Please review this policy carefully before making a booking.

2. Cancellation Periods

Full Refund (100%)

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund (50%)

Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund (0%)

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled booking time are not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to 'My Bookings'
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation process

4. Refund Processing

Once your cancellation is confirmed:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • No-shows (failure to attend the scheduled booking)
  • Late arrivals that result in missed experiences
  • Bookings specifically marked as 'non-refundable' at time of purchase

6. Booking Modifications

If you need to modify your booking date or time, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on the timing.

7. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your booking without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full booking amount and no refund will be issued.

8. Weather and Force Majeure

If an experience is cancelled by the service provider due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
